There is a long-standing concern on the fairness problem.Not only the community level but the organization level. The people always pay more much attention it. Specific to the field of organizational behavior, the sense of fairness can be regarded as effective motivation factor and the prediction factor to the organization and behavior of employees. For instance, employees’organizational commitment and trust in organization, organizational behavior degree of satisfaction and the performance of staff level act. Different satisfaction usually accompanied with different organization member’s performance. Generally, it can be regarded as the organization member’s overall cognition consciousness or feelings Of course, all these are from the department of the staff’s job role. Staff achievements in the job role regarded as the work performance, influenced by the job satisfaction in the very great degree. Given the important influence of job performance, job satisfaction and organizational justice, the academic study of the related has never stopped and the results are very rich. However, the focus of the research previous is the discussion on the relationship between the three factors. the research on the comprehensive effect and the influence mechanism between the three is less. Use the different properties of the forestry workers in Fujian Province as the research sample. using statistical analysis software SPSS 17.0, through descriptive statistical analysis, the results as follows:(1)The relationship between the three variables with each other are closely, positively.(2)The job satisfaction arrived at the completely mediating role between the two other variables(3)Through the comparison of different enterprises, the staffs organizational justice and job satisfaction are have difference level.The results confirmed that the correlation between each dimension of the two variables involved is relatively high.
