The oil industry has the same nature like the other firm as a large state-owned enterprise. That may contribute to many other problems. Firstly, the system of the human resources which remains dense color of planned economy,doesn’t adjust to market economy system. Meanwhile,the work performance of appraisal often only focused on task performance, not on contextual performance, especially, in the front-line workers. Faced the task situation, some measures should be taken to solve it. Thirdly, that is a matter of basic fairness should be attach important in the level of the society.The study selected the dagang oilfield, shengli oil field as the research object, and set up a file of the oil field industry employees as an example, using the SPSS software to employeers organizational justice, job satisfaction and relationship performance for empirical research, at the same time job satisfaction was introduced to the study of the intermediary variable, mean to be able to the further clarify the relationship of organizational justice performance process of action.First of all,this study make a review of the organizational justice, job satisfaction and the relationship between the performance and generalization of the literature review and related theory, as the basis of the research done below; Second, we make an investigation by secret way generalization performance and relationship of organizational justice of employees in the oil field industry dimension distribution, and combining with the characteristics of oilfield industry first-line employees and puts forward the research model with the characteristic of oil field industry first-line employees and related assumptions; Then, according to the questionnaire data, through spss18software, statistical analysis, including the questionnaire reliability and validity test, three in the differences of demographic variables, the correlation analysis, regression analysis, the relationship between and among the mediation role analysis, etc.; Finally, according to the empirical analysis it is found that different demographic variables in between and among some there is significant difference, the correlation between organizational justice and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and performance relationship between correlation, correlation between performance and relationship of organizational justice, job satisfaction and relationship of organizational justice in performance between the partial intermediary effect, according to the empirical results in order to improve the.oil field industry first-line employee relations performance, for the purpose of finding the feasible suggestion. Of course, there are many shortcomings of this research, in this article, according to the insufficient place were discussed, this study also hope that other scholars to comment.
