Study On Land Use Optimization In Inner Mongolia,Based On The Coordinated Development Strategy Of Beijing-tianjin-hebei Region

At present,the construction of One Belt And One Road,the coordinated development of Beijing,tianjin and hebei,and the development strategy of Yangtze river economic belt are the main strategies of China's regional coordinated development.Along with the development of the strategic implementation,will in future innovation,break the barrier of the administrative division,build and play the advantages of each region and enthusiasm,radiation to drive the development of social economy,neighborhood formation features mutual promotion,complementary advantages and common development of new pattern.Land is the foundation of human survival and development,is to realize the industrial transfer of the carrier,under the background of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei,and beijing-tianjin-hebei adjacent to the border region of Inner Mongolia has a natural location and resource advantages,it has brought the new opportunity to the development of border region.But Inner Mongolia border region economic development level is relatively low,weak infrastructure,as well as a variety of real-world problems that exist in the land use and management has not yet been thoroughly solved,so,this article from the perspective of management,the selection and the beijing-tianjin-hebei region near the Inner Mongolia chifeng city,wulanchabu city,xilingol league area as the research object of this paper,using ArcGIS and statistical methods to analyze 2010-2016 in the study area of land use/cover dynamic change,again from the impact of land use in the study area of ecological,economic and social factors,such as using a minimum cumulative resistance model,Based on the ecological space,and the perspective of social and economic development in beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration,for extended source,selected the slope,vegetation coverage,GDP and population density,resistance factor such as the distance from roads and railways,construction land use optimization model,the extended source to simulate the least resistance,and resistance hierarchies according to the low resistance,medium resistance,high resistance and high resistance area,on the basis of comprehensive resistance can get the optimal path of space development,on the basis of Inner Mongolia border region optimal allocation of land use is put forward.Research results show that the use of beijing-tianjin-hebei radiation belt construction in line with the land use optimization model in the study area,now available for the development of low resistance area is only 38554 hectares,and resistance in the area,higher resistance area covers an area of 14384211 hectares and 123935320 hectares,high resistance in the study area covers an area of 6586113 hectares,and according to the current status of land use in various of optimizing the allocation of the land use types in the area of each class area,the maximum benefits of land use in the study area,and get the optimal development.Inner Mongolia region can make use of natural resources advantage depth into the coordinated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,optimize the existing pattern,optimization of land use policies and security measures,give full play to study only,resources,ecological advantages,improved the land utilization.Specific measures are as follows: strengthen the protection of cultivated land,rational use of agricultural land,save intensive use of construction land,and coordinate land use and ecological environment construction;We will accelerate the construction of comprehensive transportation channels,give full play to the role of ports in opening up to the outside world,and form a pattern of ports with various customs clearance modes,such as railways,roads,aviation and land ports.Further strengthen the regional cooperation between,carries on the adjustment of industrial structure,the industrial cluster development,promote the optimization of economic structure,promoting the construction of ecological environment,provide strong guarantee for regional economic development.In this way,land use can be better developed under the condition of regional coordinated development,and finally achieve win-win results.
