Reform and opening up 30 years,the development of China's private enterprises has entered a fast track,occupy the important force in the national economy.Manufacturing in the real economy is still irreplaceable fundamental position.Economy under the new normal private manufacturing enterprises,how to actively enlarge enterprise development advantages,speed up the innovation drive,intelligent transformation,strengthening the basic and green development? There is no doubt that one of the important problems is the enterprise human resources management level in particular,the role of incentive mechanism.How to break the old pattern of thinking,the improvement to optimize the incentive mechanism,realize the sustainable development of enterprises.These are the problems demanding prompt study in its.Based on the classical incentive theory as the instruction,select a representative private manufacturing enterprises QL company's incentive mechanism for research.Through questionnaire and interview some employees,to point and plane,to search for new normal economy under the common problems in the private manufacturing enterprise employees incentive,in-depth analysis restriction factors,put forward the corresponding optimization scheme and corresponding suggestion,in order to provide some new thinking for the development of enterprises to upgrade,at the same time are also looking for other private manufacturing enterprise employees incentive mechanism research provides new ideas.
