Research On The Poverty Alleviation Of Agricultural Industrialization In Gansu Province From The Perspective Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is one of the most acute social problems in the world today.Poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization is an effective way to solve the problem of poverty in our country.The governments all over the world have made great efforts to eliminate poverty and achieve the prosperity,and gained remarkable results.The Chinese government has always attached importance to the work of poverty alleviation and development,besides,more and more task,power,money and policy are needed to integrate into the task of poverty alleviation and development work,especially since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has put forward the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in 2020.In November2015,the Central Poverty Alleviation and Development Working Conference held a decision to win the fight against poverty and put forward the basic strategy of precision poverty alleviation.From the view of the domestic and foreign theoretical research and practice,poverty alleviation by the agricultural industrialization is conducive to the steady growth of the poor population to achieve poverty alleviation,which is an precision poverty alleviation perspective of the effective way to solve the problem of poverty.Gansu Province to tackle poverty as " the first project" to support the new era of poverty alleviation and development work,implement the "1 +17" precision poverty alleviation work plan,put forward the development of special industries,guide the export of labor services,combine with ecological protection,strengthen education,medical insurance and social security topped the poor "seven groups" of specific initiatives.Considering the regional resource endowment,the development and expansion of the characteristics of the advantages of industry,take the road of agricultural industrialization poverty alleviation in Gansu Province,the depth of poverty,in line with the poor people play an endogenous motivation to achieve stability and poverty,Fit into the2020 with the country to build a comprehensive well-off society goals.However,the survey suggested that the poverty alleviation of agriculture industrialization in Gansu province still need to further raise awareness,strengthen leadership,the interests of the link mechanism is not perfect poor households lack of security,long-term mechanism needs to further improve the development of agricultural industrialization is not strong,short chain,weak competition ability,the problem of ecological protection task and so on.Based on the experience of poverty alleviation of agricultural industrialization in China and abroad,the paper based on the experience of poverty alleviation in agriculture and industrialization,The mode selection precision,planning lead precision,policy guarantee precision,organization and implementation of precision and so on five aspects of Gansu agricultural industrialization poverty alleviation countermeasures and suggestions.
