E&M Company is a private limited company, innovative, facing the fierce competition, company’s development is inseparable from the support of strategy. Based on the research status and survival competition environment development of E&M Company, company strategy and business strategy compared to competitors, choose the suitable competitive strategy to create competitive advantage, direct for the long-term development of the company.Mechanical and electrical products as a means of production, the main sales object is industrial production enterprises. Users purchase mechanical and electrical products for production and reproduction, or to enhance and improve the production efficiency for the purpose of. In reference to the basis of strategic management and the related literature at home and abroad, I passed on the northwest mechanical and electrical industry and detailed market research, the company through the analysis of the internal and external environment, referring to successful experience, according to the current situation and resource status of company’s development, so as to make the current development strategy for the company.Firstly, in the development of the northwest electric market research, summed up the key factors for successful competition of electromechanical industry, followed by analysis of the E&M company internal competition advantage and disadvantage, and find out the key success factors of the gap between the company and the industry.On the basis of the development of a sustainable competitive advantage to the enterprise strategy is the focus strategy, also be called concentration strategy,focus strategy (focus). This strategy is the most suitable strategy for the company’s current and long-term development.Secondly, this paper discusses the adjustment of the company, according to the implementation of the competition strategy and the need of internal organizational structure,the cultivation of new enterprise culture to the Create Company, and the long-term development of the core competition ability and competitive advantage of Create Company, to ensure the realization of competitive strategic objectives.Finally, evaluate the specific implementation of the competition strategy, correct which is not consistent with the competitive strategy and incorrect management idea, method and time. Under the guidance of the company’s competitive strategy, standardize the company’s management mode and business process in order to obtain the competitive advantage in the industry and lay a solid foundation for achieving the strategic objectives of the company. Through the research on competitive strategy of E&M company, the managers would understand the macroscopic environment along with the economic and social development of the company brings it opportunities and challenges, on the other hand make managers more clearly the company has its own resources and competition ability, and the competition strategy of the company, as the specified direction of the next stage of development. This study not only for the healthy development of the company of great significance, but also could be a piece of reference for other companies in the same industry.
