Under the Internet of Everything,industrial policies of intelligent manufacturing and the Internet of Things have been strengthened to help the development of intelligent controller industry,which has huge opportunities for the development of intelligent controller industry.At the same time,the number of new entrants in the industry is increasing,and the fierce competition in the intelligent controller industry is increasing.In the current pattern of gradually intensifying competition of intelligent controller industry,the importance of competitive advantage to enterprises becomes more prominent.The competitive advantage of enterprises is one of the important ways for enterprises to participate in the market competition,but also to maintain the solid foundation of enterprise development.The competitive advantage of an enterprise is not immutable and will change with the changes of the market environment.Therefore,an enterprise should have an insight into the changes of the internal and external environment and constantly adjust its behavior to obtain competitive advantage.In view of this,this paper adopts the method of combining theory and case,selecting the "invisible champion" Topband in our intelligent controller industry for more than 20 years as the research object.Combining with the theory of enterprise competitive advantage,according to the competitive advantage formed by the enterprises,using the tool of strategic map,firstly analyzes the formation path of different competitive advantages in theory.Secondly,combined with the case study object,according to the theoretical research on the formation of enterprise competitive advantage,the paper analyzes the formation path of Topband’s cost leading competitive advantage by using strategic map,and evaluates the effect of its competitive advantage.It is found that the formation of competitive advantage is affected by many factors,and the resulting competitive advantage is also different.As an analysis tool,strategic map can gradually decompose strategies implemented from four dimensions,including learning and growth ability,internal process,customer and finance.Different strategies implemented from four dimensions can jointly affect the formation of competitive advantages of enterprises,and then analyze the formation path of different competitive advantages of enterprises.The internal process dimension determines whether an enterprise can form competitive advantage to some extent.In addition,the four dimensions of the strategic map can be used to analyze the effect of the competitive advantage of enterprises,and the competitive advantage is ultimately reflected in the financial dimension.Finally,based on the successful experience of Topband,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on how to build competitive advantages for similar enterprises in the industry.The innovation point of this paper lies in that few scholars at home and abroad combine the theory of competitive advantage with the application of strategic map to analyze the formation path and effect of enterprise competitive advantage by using strategic map,and most of them study the formation mechanism of competitive advantage through empirical study.Starting from the actual case,this paper integrates the theory of enterprise competitive advantage with the application of strategic map,analyzes the formation path of enterprise competitive advantage through the four dimensions of strategic map,and evaluates its effect,which not only enriches the theory of enterprise competitive advantage,but also provides a new applicable direction for the application of strategic map. |
