The Improvement Research For IT Company Emergency Management Operation

It directs the national government policy as well as each company's even each family's strategy and activities.US IT corporation established emergency management unit at 1996, emergency response team(ERT), ERT exists in each business unit of IT corporation, contributes to the manufacturing safety and security.Focusing on IT Company this paper, At first ERT has taken a very important role in IT Company, through continuously revising the organization's operation procedure, ERT managed to limited the ERT cases under 90 per year, from this point of view, the contribution for IT Company from this organization is huge, considering that each case is a potential production and cost risk. The paper studies ERT's operation management to identify each defect, while analyzing the procedures of business collaboration, knowledge management and supply chain management. The paper provide the solution for each operation defect and the implementation procedure as well as the guarantee method utilizing some theory such as ESIA analysis, Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), supply chain management model.
