Management that can ensure the healthy and sustainable growth of an enterprise is an eternal topic. For a modern enterprise, innovation is the driving force of industrial upgrading and growth and also the key factor of strengthening its core values, growing in leaps and bounds and achieving sustainable development. As important players in the national economy, most of small- and medium-sized private enterprises in our country have already developed into large enterprises of a certain scale after they overcame the hardship and the difficulties at the start-up stage. Amid economic globalization and the fierce competition, enterprises have to change their conservative concepts and out-dated management style and promote their capability of independent innovation if they aim to gain competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development. If Enterprises could not shake off their out-dated mindsets, they will be destined to face difficulties and their growth will be increasingly subdued in the near future. Enterprises must take every opportunity to implement management innovation and continuous improvement, to change out-dated concepts and to get rid of the traditional patterns and modes, to establish the collaboration, consistency and systematization of business philosophy, business model, strategic management, and business execution in order that they can gradually form their core competence on the basis of innovation and promote long-term growth.Under such a major premise, the method of case study together with SWOT strategic analysis tools is adopted in this paper to make an in-depth analysis of the existing issues of JR Company's management and its product market. Considering the actual situation of JR Company management and operation and the internal and external environments for management innovation, the analysis reveals the main reasons for these issues and the gap between JR Company and other large modern companies. Based on the analysis, a new development plan concerning the strategy planning and implementation, the implementation of project management and management process optimization is proposed for JR Company in the paper. It is believed that this new plan can provide strong support to its more sales and better profits, and help to improve its core competitiveness and to raise its management level.
