The Research Of Management Standardized Of S Zorb Constructive Programme

In recent years smog issues have become more and more serious in China,social environmental issues have been revealed prominently.Vehicles as the main travel tools are facing more strictly requirement of emission standard,such as sulfur content and so on.Sinopec as the leading state-owned company increased Oil production quality to fulfill national environmental requirements based on the advanced S zorb technology by programme model among domestic refineries and petrochemical companies.This paper analyze the problem exists in programme management through the relevant theory of programme management.By fully consideration about the design,procurement and construction characteristics of programme,and own characteristics of programme,using standardized management build design management solutions of programme,standardized design parameters,improve project management ability.By using standard procurement solutions,the process of procurement has been standardized which shorten procurement cycle and increased procurement quality.Through building standardized construction management system and Strengthen the Management System of Construction Process Control Optimized the project construction site management system and personnel allocation,improved the level of project construction site management,and achieved zero accident of project site safety.It can be seen that the standardized construction management mode of S Zorb programme can realize the efficient in design management,the convenience in procurement management and the order in construction management.Meanwhile,this paper can provided as a theoretical basis and guidance of the construction management for other programme.
