In recent years,with the development of the society and the growing of China's fixed asset investment,more and more projects are often based on large-scale or the form of groups,so the single project management theory lags behind the development of the situation.Especially under the resource-constrained conditions,it is not only a reasonable large-scale construction enterprises needed to solve,but also is related to the rational use of social resources that how to schedule the construction time of the programme.At the same time,as the rapid development of the computer visualization technology and the geographical information technology,"Digital Project" is accepted by more and more people.Therefore it has also been become a focus by a vast number of scholars that how to use Geographical Information System to achieve virtual visualization of the construction process and the scene.This thesis sums up the above problems on the scheduling of the project management research systematically at home and abroad,especially about the Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problem(RCPSP).For the purpose of solving the RCPSP model effectively,this thesis explains the basic principles of Ant Colony Algorithm in detail and meantime considers the period and resources as two main factors in the process of solving RCPSP which is computed with MatLAB 7.0 software program.This thesis combines with Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain Method existing in the field of program management.Also in order to ease the scheduling of the programme's uncertainty effectively the trapezoid fuzzy number method in Fuzzy Mathematics is used to calculate the size of the project buffer.For the realization of the visualization and output of the results,several software are adopted including Visual Basic 6.0,SuperMap5.0 and 3ds Max.Finally,in order to test the effectiveness of the method proposed,a programme is taken as an example and the experimental results prove the superiority of the method.This study not only extends the research field of RCPSP,but also addresses the guidance that how the large-scale construction enterprises establish a reasonable plan on RCPSP.At the same time,Geographical Information System is used in the field of three-dimensional visualization,which provides a new way on "Digital Project".
