Research On The Improvement Of Production Management In YL Company

With the further development of reform development, China's sustained economic growth, especially the countries have issued for small and medium-sized enterprises, make the development of small and medium-sized enterprises good news, more success, has grown into an important force in China's economic growth. Of course, the development of any thing is not smooth, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is not exceptional also,especially in the production of labor-intensive manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises. Severe forms of business, market competition turns white hot nearly, high labor costs, management system is not perfect, and so on, all sorts of problems emerge in endlessly,coupled with the powerful combination of large and medium-sized enterprises within the industry, make the survival of small and medium manufacturing enterprises is even worse.Under this background, this paper selects YL company as a microcosm of the small and medium manufacturing enterprises, the production management mode of "one two" existing problems and difficulties to be studied, in order to find out the proper settlement of all kinds of contradictions in the management plan, improved the present management status.This article mainly USES the theoretical analysis, questionnaire investigation and case study, combined with YL company special production practice, both "a" in detail elaborated the enterprise production development present situation, and from the perspective of management, the problems existing in the process of its operation details of all-round,multi-angle analysis, targeted specific optimization measures are put forward.This paper consists of five parts. From the historical background of YL company, equity structure, personnel structure, product and so on various aspects carries on the detailed narration, to comb, the problems existing in the description.The fourth part, the problem analysis. For all sorts of problems presented in the third part,from organization management, progress control, cost control, quality control,communication, management and so on five aspects analysis. The fourth part, optimization strategy. According to "ask questions- analysis problem- problem solving" train of thought,on the basis of the above, detailed and puts forward some concrete solutions to promote the development of YL company and measures.
