Automobile industry has experienced a golden age of rapid development for 10 years in China. But under the influence of high growth base, the pressure of domestic macroeconomic downward and the decline of commercial vehicle market, the growth of automobile scales gets in a big drop. The growth of automobile scales is slowing and into the ‘slow lane'. The growth rate of luxury and super luxury cars scales is slowing along with the overall market. Although new car sales growth rate has decreased, but the rapid development of auto market in recent years leads to the rapid growth of car ownership, consumer consciousness and conception change from pure pursuit of brand and quality to the pursuit of brand, quality, and the pursuit of good after-sales service experience. Level of auto after-sales service is becoming an important factor of automobile brand. Auto after-sales service market has huge potential and opportunity, will enter into a phase of prosperity. With the rise of Internet + plan, the automobile industry as one of the most important traditional industry is accelerating the integration with the Internet, too.It is the significant step for the long-term development of enterprise to analyze the development situation the auto industry objectively, find the breakthrough direction, meet the opportunities and challenges implied, and make the appropriate enterprise development strategy.This paper takes BX Group as research object, on the base of literature review including the enterprise strategy management theory, development strategy theory, and customer satisfaction theory, apply PEST, Porter Five Forces Model, and SWOT analysis method, consider car market situation and the development of BX, industry status, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, etc., through the detailed study on the enterprise internal and external environment analysis, find out the opportunities and threats faced by companies, and their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, puts forward the specific strategic target, strategic implementation of BX process and strategic implementation safeguard measures.
