The development of information technology has given birth to e-commerce,and with the development of e-commerce,international trade has shown new trends.This is an integral part of globalization and an internal force to promote the restructuring of China’s trade structure and the change of trade forms.With China’s further implementation of the "one belt and one road" development plan,the construction strategy of the maritime Silk Road and the strategic layout of China’s strategic trade have increased the degree of dependence on e-commerce,and the overall layout of e-commerce has been a common growth point to promote economic development in China and neighboring countries.In this paper,Y company’s cross-border e-commerce business development strategy is studied,on the basis of the related concepts of cross-border e-commerce and the theoretical system of competitive advantage,the basic development situation of Y company’s cross-border e-commerce business is interpreted,and its current overall operation situation is clarified,combined with the existence of cross-border e-commerce business development.In the aspects of customs and tariff,cross-border payment,cross-border logistics and after-sales problems,this paper integrates the cross-border marketing capability of Y company with PEST analysis method,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of Y company with SWOT analysis method.This paper puts forward and plans the guaranteeing factors for the strategic implementation of Y company’s cross-border e-commerce development,and studies the direction of e-commerce development,the construction of information infrastructure,the improvement of domestic warehousing and logistics system,and the construction of cross-border e-commerce talent team.
