Research On The MDS Project Management System Optimizing Of The Engine Matching With Automobile In DAE

Regarding to Chinese domestic automobile industry,the program management concept has been used widely.But most of the applications are on the developing of the automobile platform or parts themselves.I n Chinese market,the reality is that some vehicle makers need to adopt the powertrains or other parts from other individual suppliers.The integrating work may be difficult and risky,and it is quite different from the mature automakers which have scientific automobile platform development system.The author of this thesis believes that the analysis on the program management system for this area is rather beneficial for both the automaker and the customers.DAE Company is an automobile power train enterpr ise which has just implemented the program management idea on the integrating of new vehicle body and individual power train which has been named MDS program management system.With sufficient experiences during working in DAE Company,the author has found many problems and potential risks from existing program management system.On the side of the interested parties,the author would like to optimize the whole system with considerable analysis on process control,quality control and team building.In this thesis,the author introduces the entire existing program management system firstly,and then he summarizes the existing problems through process introduction,work experiences and survey.The next step is to find out the root causes of these problems.Aiming at existing problems,the author seeks for a way of optimizing the improper program management,the unscientific organization structure and the lack of motivation of the team players.With optimizing the program system step by step,establishing a brand new program management office,the author hopes that the existing weak matrix mode could be obsoleted as soon as possible.Then settle relevant processes such as program management process,quality issue management process,planning process,project tea m assessment process.Finally improve the motivation of the team players.It could be forecasted that the implementation of the new DAE product development program management system will help DAE company with improving program management ability rapidly,i ncreasing the company income and the benefits of the interested parties.The strategic intent could be realized easier and sooner as well.The application of this program management system needs to be deepened more and more during the implementation in DA E Company.We should also consider the real condition of the company itself then make further analysis and improvement consistently.
