Competition among modern enterprises in the final analysis is the talent competition,the overall quality of human resources is a competition,and therefore human resources to the organization's success increasingly important.Human resource management performance appraisal is the more important elements in the daily management of enterprises,performance evaluation also play a significant role,it is possible for the company to create a good organizational climate,effective team spirit,enhance the performance of individuals and organizations level,but also to promote the effective implementation of other aspects of human resource management,more and more private enterprises in terms of ideology began to pay attention to performance assessment,and implemented to a certain extent.This paper first describes the background and significance,then the relevant domestic research management performance appraisal system literature review,and the connotation of performance appraisal,functions and aspects of theoretical explanations,as the theoretical basis of thesis,and a brief analysis The main methods and contents of this paper.Next Current Situation and Problems TK staff performance appraisal system,from TK's history,organizational structure and the company's personnel structure and characteristics in terms of the company's basic situation of TK were analyzed,and then from two business units and functional departments aspects to analyze the current status of the company's performance appraisal system,pointing out that the main problem TK staff performance appraisal system currently exist,including: targeting performance appraisal is not clear,performance appraisal cycle setting unreasonable,operational assessment indicators is not strong,and the results of performance appraisal feedback is not timely,the main reason to explore these problems are due to the company's senior TK importance of performance appraisal for lack of knowledge,performance appraisal index system setup is not perfect,and did not establish a sound performance communication and feedback mechanisms.And to improve and optimize the performance appraisal system of TK company staff.First determine TK staff performance appraisal system improvement goals,principlesand processes,thus targeting,period setting,indicators and feedback system and application of assessment results and other content specific improvements.Finally,the implementation and protection of the improved TK staff performance appraisal system for analysis,specific proposed TK staff performance appraisal system implementation steps and expected results,and put forward relevant safeguards.
