Industry transfer has a relationship of mutual influence and restriction with intensive land use.Industry transfer has a coercive effect on the intensive land use,and the intensive land use has a feedback effect on the industry transfer.Only when the two factors form a coordinated and synergistic development relation,can we realize the goal of sustainable economic development of the area undertaking industry.To this end,on the basis of clarifying the coupling mechanism of industry transfer and intensive land use,this paper takes 9 cities in Wanjiang Demonstration Area as the study area.The evaluation index system of industry transfer and intensive land use are established.Based on all-around principle component analysis method,it evaluates the comprehensive value of industry transfer and intensive land use of 9 cities in Wanjiang Demonstration Area,then separates the common factor scores to explain the reason for the score of the respective comprehensive evaluation value.Secondly,the paper builds a coupling coordination model to calculate the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree and the relative development degree of 9 prefecture-level cities in the years of 2008 to 2014.It also analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution and space differentiation characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development situation to explore the coupling and coordinated situation between industry transfer and intensive land use of 9 cities in Wanjiang Demonstration Area.Lastly,it uses Pearson correlation analysis method to analyze the correlation between the coupling coordination degree and its influencing factors to find out the problems which affect the system’s coordinated development.The results show that:(1)The industry transfer and intensive land use level of 9cities in Wanjiang Demonstration Area are rising year by year overall,but there are significant differences between various cities and the development of the cities is extremely uneven.From the analysis of the reasons for the comprehensive value of industry transfer and land intensive use,we can know:compared with other factors,the capital input-output factor score has the greatest influence on the comprehensive evaluation value of urban industrial transfer and the land input-output factor score has the greatest influence on the comprehensive evaluation value of urban land intensive use.(2)During the study period,the over-all coupling coordination situation of 9 cities in Wanjiang Demonstration Area is constantly optimized,but the over-all coupling coordination degree is in barely coordinated period and primary coordinated period.The space distribution appears obvious differences which is that the cities with high coupling coordination degree present contiguous distribution,but the cities with low value presented relatively disperse distribution.(3)From the analysis of the correlation between the coupling coordination degree and its influencing factors,industrial structure,urbanization rate,land input and output efficiency are the main factors which affect the coupling coordination degree of industry transfer and land intensive use system in Wanjiang Demonstration Area.Therefore,we can strengthen the industrial optimization and upgrading,accelerate the development of urbanization,increase the efficiency of land input and output to promote the coupling and coordinated development of industry transfer and land intensive use. |
