Research On The Evaluation Of Urban Land Intensification In Demonstration Zones For Industrial Relocation In Wanjiang City Cluster

Purpose of the research are that this paper establishes a urban land intensificationevaluation system of demonstration zone from macro point of view.Provide strongtechnical support for estimate the potential of urban land in demonstration zones.Targetedanalysis and evaluation on the Hefei land economical and intensive use, and proposedvarious strategies and measures to achieve the economical and intensive use ofdemonstration zones.To provide references for readjustment of the industrial structure andresources intensification.Methods of the research are that documents index, probe method, empirical methodand comprehensive evaluation method.The findings showed that,(1) the level of counties (districts) is not balanced, the levelof city’s overall is not high. The land intensification is not balanced development.Land useintensity cut through three layers in seven counties (districts).Intensive degree of Luyanghad the best marks,Yaohai comes next,the type of land use is intensive.The type of landuse is appropriate use in Baohe and Shushan.The type of land use is low utilization inFeidong,Feixi and Changfeng.The level of Hefei’s overall is not high.Hefei city is now at atransitional stage from low utilization to intensive.Each county (district) still has thepotential to tap, especially in Changfeng, Feixi and Feidong.(2)There are differences inthe influencing factors.The main influence factors of urban land intensification is themanagement performance of urban land and ecological benefits of land use in Baohe.Themain influence factors of urban land intensification is the flexibility of land use andecological benefits of land use in Shushan.The three counties (district) is equally matchedin main influence factors of urban land intensification. The main influence factors of urbanland intensification is the structure of land use in Feixi.he main influence factors of urbanland intensification is the intensity of land use in Cangfeng.The results showed that,(1)papers analyzes the connotation and theory of landintensification deeply,According to the primary factors that influence land intensification,this paper analyzes the select principle of evaluating indicator,method of determiningweights,establishes a urban land intensification evaluation system of demonstration zonefrom macro point of view.(2)Targeted analysis and evaluation on the Hefei landeconomical and intensive use, and determined land use type of those counties (districts).This paper arrived at the level of land intensification is uneven in those counties (districts)，there are differences in the influencing factors.Hefei city is now at a transitionalstage from low utilization to intensive.
