Study On Agricultural Production Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors In Yunnan Province

With the development of rural economy and society,agricultural production efficiency has become the key factors affecting the income of peasants.On the one hand,Agricultural production efficiency can show the comprehensive agricultural production capacity in a region,on the other hand,reflects the regional resource allocation and utilization.This paper studied the factors of production efficiency and its influence on agriculture in Yunnan Province,in order to improve the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan province.The production efficiency evaluation model of DEA and the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan Province in 2014 by other provinces,autonomous regions were compared and analyzed the efficiency of agricultural production status,time series estimates of 2004-2014 in Yunnan Province,to calculate the agricultural production efficiency of 16 cities in Yunnan Province in 2014,at the same time using the projection analysis invalid decision unit 16 states in the proportion of improving value and relaxation value improved by correlation analysis;calculation of agricultural industry in Yunnan province.Structure and efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan province related degree,Yunnan province estimates each input factor productivity and efficiency of agricultural production related degree;using regression analysis,the factors which affect the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan province to do further analysis,regression model and establish the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan province.Through the analysis,ten important conclusions: first,in 2014 in Yunnan province and other provinces and cities nationwide,the efficiency of agricultural production in the autonomous region,Yunnan Province agricultural production efficiency in DEA an invalid state,in the provinces,Yunnan province ranked 25 overall technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are relatively low in diminishing returns to scale state.Second,the efficiency of agricultural production overall changes of 2004-2014 in Yunnan province showed an increasing trend,but in 2009 and 2010 decline.Third,the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan Province,affected by the scale efficiency,the reason lies in extremely complex terrain in Yunnan Province.Fourth,in Yunnan Province,the development of regional agricultural production efficiency is extremely uneven,showing from south to north,from east to west by the spatial distribution pattern of Yunnan province.Fifth,the efficiency of agricultural production has strong spatial aggregation effect,south Yunnan is a effective gathering area,Central Yunnan is Two or three level effective,Yunnan and in the northwest region of Yunnan Province was fourth,fifth effective area,strong spatial relationship.Sixth,the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan province and the distribution of the terrain in Yunnan province has a strong correlation,a effective area is mostly hilly and plain,and fifth effective Diqing is mainly mountainous,and the high altitude,it once again demonstration,the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan is affected by scale efficiency.By seventh,Yunnan Province,the 10 city is strong and effective,there is no improvement,as Qujing,Yuxi,Lincang,Chuxiong,Pu'er,Xishuangbanna,Dali,Dehong,Nu River and Diqing.The remaining 6 states had improved,including Kunming,Baoshan Zhaotong,Lijiang,Honghe and Wenshan.Eighth,the internal structure of agricultural industry in Yunnan province is not particularly obvious correlation with the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan Province,the internal structure of agricultural industry in Yunnan province has little effect on the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan province.In ninth,Yunnan Province agricultural production inputs,agricultural expenditure and productivity of rural fixed assets investment productivity has declined overall,produce the negative impact on the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan Province,which is the two elements there is a great waste,but also in the form of deterioration.Tenth,the total power of agricultural machinery productivity,agricultural fertilizer productivity,crop planting area productivity,the first industry employment of agricultural productivity.The productivity of scientific and technical personnel has a very important impact on the efficiency of agricultural production in Yunnan Province,and the total power productivity and agricultural chemical fertilizer productivity have the greatest impact on the efficiency of agricultural production.Through the study,puts forward five suggestions: first,to the reasonable transfer of rural surplus labor in Yunnan Province,vigorously develop township enterprises;second,the increase in fiscal expenditure for agriculture at the same time,we should pay more attention to the rational allocation of agricultural expenditure,improve the efficiency of agricultural expenditure;third,the effective use of rural fixed assets investment,coordination of rural buildings.Mechanical equipment,appliances and other types of investment in fixed assets investment proportion,give full play to the rural capital investment value.Fourth,to improve the efficiency of agricultural production,also need to balance the scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency,technical efficiency and increase investment at the same time,should also pay attention to the scale of agricultural production,To change the farmers scattered,extensive,disordered management,to achieve the development of intensive agriculture,.In this regard,through system innovation,improve the land transfer mechanism,promote the appropriate scale of operation.Fifth,increase investment in agricultural science and technology,to further improve the level of agricultural mechanization,agricultural fertilizer rational application,avoid blind,excessive,single use,chemical fertilizer.,for balanced fertilization,protect the ecological environment in rural areas,to leave the road ecological harmonious development,increase agricultural science and technology personnel in the introduction of efforts to promote thedevelopment of modern agriculture.
