With the continuous development of the global economy,high-tech industry has become the main force to promote economic development.Innovation is the main impetus of the development of high-tech industry,and its importance is more and more recognized.However,with the deepening of the re search on innovation,technological innovation is the traditional role for high-tech industry and the collaborative innovation is increasingly favored by experts and scholars.In order to constitute elements of innovation system of high-tech industry collaborative research better,this paper made the following research.First,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars in the collaborative innovation theory and system dynamics,the connotation and significance of cooperative innovation theory is discussed,and the possibility of application of system dynamics in the collaborative innovation of high-tech industry is analyzed.Second,this paper expounds the important function of high tech industry in economic development,analyzes the current development of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the definition of the high-tech industry collaborative innovation system of internal subsystems,the collaborative innovation system of high-tech industry factors.Again,a simulation model of collaborative innovation system of high-tech industry,using Vensim software to simulate the model,and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high technology industry as an example,the design of five different simulation schemes for dynamic simulation experiment.According to the simulation results,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech industry collaborative influence factors of innovation system are analyzed.Finally,according to the model simulation results,this paperput forward some countermeasures to improve the high-tech industry of Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative innovation ability from strengthening the connection between enterprise and market,increase capital investment,strengthen government functions,improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer and multi factors combined five aspects.This paper uses system dynamics theory and Vensim simulation software to establish the simulation model of collaborative innovation system of high-tech industry,and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-tech industry is used as an example,which verifies the validity and sensitivity of the model,and the countermeasure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation of high-tech industry is provided through the analysis of simulation results.
