With the rapid development and the widespread popularity of Internet and information technology,the e-commerce which has brought new business and consumer concept to the supermarket is booming,and makes a huge impact to the traditional commercial market for a long time.The aggravation of market competition made the traditional supermarket in danger.Facing the strong competition in the electronic market,large chain supermarket is into the development dilemma although the large supermarket,especially the chain supermarket has a strong self-development and abilities to operate and market.With the steady development of national economy,the rapid improvement of consumer income and e-commerce the supermarket under the environment of B2 C operation in China gained rapid development opportunity.Under the current B2 C operation of the supermarket has become one of the main channels of our city residents to buy goods."Hunger breeds discontentment".fresh food is the necessities of human daily life.The electronic commerce mode of development and operation of supermarket provides convenient conditions,at the same time buying fresh food for the city residents,the evaluation and selection of suppliers of fresh food is particularly important.Mainly includes the following aspects:First,the current development status of evaluation and selection from suppliers and related theories,the paper general analysis the significance of supplier evaluation research,and make a comprehensively detailed summary and analysis to related research methods of predecessors contents and existing supplier evaluation index preliminarily indicators selected for the B2 C environment operation of supermarket supplier evaluation.Secondly,based on the analysis of supermarket supplier characteristics under the environment of B2 C operation on the construction of evaluation index of supermarket suppliers under the environment of B2 C,according to the selected indicators to establish the supplier evaluation index system,using the factor analysis method of principal component analysis on the index of selection,suitable for supermarket supplier evaluation under B2 C environment index.Finally,put forward the entropy theory of grey relational analysis in the research of supplier evaluation operation of supermarket based on B2 C environment.according to the method of grey correlation analysis of the entropy theory and the DL supermarket as the research object,evaluate its suppliers.Through the evaluation results to illustrate the evaluation index and evaluation method established the practicability and rationality.
