Schumpeter believes that innovation,in fact,is a creative destruction process,but innovation can promote economic development.In the process of innovation driven economic development,the old balance in economic life has been broken,and new balance has emerged,and this process of progress is irreversible.This creative destruction idea is applied to China practice.Explaining the reasons for the transfer of rural surplus labor force of Chinese through creative destruction thought essence.Because since the reform and opening up,innovation on China's economic development plays an increasingly important role.The state vigorously support encourage innovation,especially innovation industry,which leads to that the way of life that includes the original rural basic necessities of life and mode of production by industrial innovation has brought the product replacement.So rural industrial development stagnation,and carrying on the rural land resources are limited.There are large amount of rural labor force surplus,and the surplus labor force have to transfer to the city.
