Research On The Effect Of FTZ On The Development Of China International Air Logistics Center In Tianjin

The establishment of the Free Trade Zone(hereinafter referred to as FTZ)is a major measure and an important attempt to follow the new trend of global economic and trade development and promote China’s further opening up.In recent years,the development situation of the free trade zone just like a raging fire,throughout all continents.Meanwhile,China grips the opportunity,all major provinces and autonomous regions put the FTZ application as the focus of government work.Up to now,there has completed three batch of 11 FTZ pilot cities approval in total,and all have achieved different achievements.China(Tianjin)free trade zone(hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin free trade zone ")as one of the second batch FTZ pilot cities attaches the most importance to the development of air cargo.With the policy chance including finance,investment,trade,tax,regulatory and so on,it is of great significance to study the impact made by FTZ on the development of Tianjin China international aviation logistics center.It starts with the corresponding theory of FTZ and air logistics,then learn from three typical successful cases of Dubai,Inchon and Hongkong which FTZ affects the development of international aviation logistics center,and summarize the key factors and successful experience of international aviation logistics center.Combined with the current situation of free trade zone and air logistics in Tianjin,this article set up the index system with 6 first indexes and 20 secondary indicators.Next the interpretative structural model of the indexes above is established by ISM method to show the hierarchy of each index clearly.And on the basis,it use MICMAC to classcify all the indexes into 4 kinds,including independent indexes,linkage indexes,dependent indexes and autonomous indexes.Finally,according to the analysis results,it put forward to the measures to develop China international aviation logistics center in Tianjin.
