Business E-commerce Development Of China's Free Trade Zone (trade) Study

Free Trade Zone is a kind of new economic area authorized by State Department. As Free Trade Zone operates according to the convention, more flexible and favorable policy applies. FTZ has become the "Bridgehead" between Chinese and international market.Electronic Commerce means a kind of economic activity which use internet as the tool. Electronic Commerce developed rapidly since its appearance at the beginning of 1990's. Enterprises in China are doing business vigorously through Electronic Commerce. Some enterprises in Free Trade Zone have begun to recombine their trade and logistics business on basis of Electronic Commerce. But there are also many actual problems. How to solve these problems and develop electronic commerce steadily? This is what the dissertation discuss.The dissertation analyzes the status, main business features and the necessity to develop Electronic Commerce for Free Trade Zone enterprises, combines the specialty of enterprises in Free Trade Zone and electronic commerce to analyze their characteristics and the problem exist during their development and try to find some advice and countermeasure.The dissertation analyzes the relationship between Electronic Commerce and enterprises in Free Trade Zone theoretically, try to find way to solve the problems and challenge during the development of electronic commerce. The main problems are the basic establishment, government support and subjectivity of relevant people. We advise government to support more, train person with ability for electronic commerce and to speed the development of electronic commerce and business of enterprises in Free Trade Zone.
