Abstract/Summary:
Facing the China’s new normal economy,logistics industry needs to be looking for the breach of the transformation and the upgrading level,and an innovative value-added services of logistics finance as a logistics,to broaden the field of the development of logistics industry,to enhance the competitiveness of the logistics industry,increase the financing channels,to promote the development of social economy.The establishment of a free trade zone of China(Shanghai,Tianjin,Fujian,Guangdong)and the promulgation of the financial reform and innovation policy for the logistics industry and the financial sector plays an important role,promoting.the logistics financial development space,it shows that free trade area construction has brought great opportunities to the development of logistics financial.Therefore,by means of a free trade zone policy,the construction of free trade zone of logistics finance development pattern how to optimize to enhance the logistics capability,promote logistics and finance deeper integration has important significance.In this paper,through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,to logistics,logistics finance and FTA concepts,Using the theory of stakeholders to the logistics financial mode participation main body and combination of free trade policy background,the development present situation,analyzes the logistics financial development mode under the background of FTA construction stakeholders subjects are the government,enterprises,logistics enterprises,financial institutions.Using the DEMATEL method to screen the key influence factors affecting the development of the logistics financial,to improve the logistics financial development mode;Secondly,the comprehensive analysis of the benefits and risks of each participation main body to build,with the consideration of the four corners of the risk factors that the distribution of income and risk model;Finally,taking Tianjin FTZ as example,exploratory to verify the model to construct the corresponding conclusion to build the model.In this paper,from the background of Tianjin Free Trade Zone,based on logistics companies,government regulation and policy,financing companies and financial institutions,from the perspective of logistics services,information management,institutional innovation,harmonized indicators,innovation and talent puts forward five control risk aversion logistics finance implementation under FTZ background operability recommendations.On the one hand,can effectively promote the logistics financial,aid FTZ dividend policy flourish,so that make sure the interests of all the main parties win together;on the other hand,to provide reference for the development of logistics improvement and innovation of financial institutions in other FTZs.
