Analysis On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Local AMC Disposal Of Non-performing Assets Of Commercial Banks

With the continuation of China’s economic downturn,regional,local non-performing assets gradually expose,especially the scale of non-performing assets of local commercial banks continue to increase,the local AMC was established in 2012 with the approval of the Ministry of Finance and the CBRC.The local AMC with special advantage,using “differentiation” as competitive strategy,is becoming an important channel for non-performing assets of local commercial banks.This paper,firstly,introduces the concept and development course of China’s Finance AMC,next,summarizes the concept and comparative advantages of local AMC in China,combines with actual economic situation to highlight the necessity of setting up local AMC,and then analyzes their development status.Secondly,presenting the process that local AMC disposal of non-performing assets of commercial banks and summing up the disposition experience.Thirdly,by analyzing the local AMC itself and the operation process of the existing problems,combining with the typical cases in disposing non-performing assets of commercial banks of the four major AMC,thinking from the aspects of competition strategy,disposal mode and future development for the local AMC to deal with non-performing assets of commercial banks and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,through combing the idea of the article,put forward conclusions and prospects,point out future research directions of the local AMC.
