In recent years,the commercial Banks have a high incidence of bad assets.The disposal of non-performing assets is becoming a hot topic and major task for commercial Banks.During the NPC and CPPCC this year,the Premier Li Keqiang has mentioned four financial risks in the work report,with bad assets ranked first.Although in the ninety's,the big four state-owned Banks is China have realized the mass disposal of non-performing assets,but there were historical reasons with the strong policy.And for the most of the small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial Banks in China,which have a rapid development in the past years,it is the first time to face such a large-scale outbreak of bad asset without any experience.Meanwhile,according to the practice and experience of the commercial bank,which mainly adopt non-market way such as urging recall and litigation for the bad loans.the effectiveness and value of bad asset disposal need to be improved and making it more efficient.These above is the original intention and purpose of this paper,which is to find the appropriate treatment strategy and provide solutions and suggestions through the analysis of the marketization disposition of bad asset,so as to raise efficiency of bad assets disposal,maximize function of commercial Banks bad asset disposal.This article mainly through the empirical examples,data analysis,theoretical research is to solve the important issues on the disposal of non-performing assets of commercial banks,analysis and summary of the non-litigation mode of disposal and characteristics during the economic downturn.The Commercial banks should adopt multi-pronged strategy and,in order to achieve the efficiency of improving disposal and improve the benefits of non-performing assets according to the regulations.
