With the development of national economy, science and technology progress,China aluminum industry development is rapid, aluminium and aluminium alloyproducts in industry, agriculture, military and civilian applications and so on variousaspects is becoming more and more widely. Major aluminum processing enterprisesunder the market economy tide do all it can to expand the scale of operation, enhancethe market share, competition is increasingly fierce. The severe international anddomestic situation can lead to the development of DQ company with a glorious historyin the unprecedented predicament.Based on DQ company as the research object, this paper adopts the relevanttheoretical knowledge of management, the DQ company’s present situation, theindustry situation and application of porter five competitive model, analyzes theSWOT analysis method, research, and application of the theory of target marketmarketing strategy, marketing strategy combination ideological theory as a guide toformulate marketing strategy to adapt to the company’s development goals, hope to getrid of the current dilemma, the company to further expand the market, provide certainreference to realize leap-forward development.
