Lean Production Management Program Research In Inverter Production Assembly Line Of A Co.Ltd

In this article,by using frequency converter assembly line to introduce lean production management in A company,it solved the existing problems such as long operation term of power module assembly station,big interval between the operation station,high inventory at the assembly line and low efficiency. The converter waste has been decreased significantly at the assembly line of A company,at the same time the efficiency of the assembly line production has been greatly improved,and the manufacturing cost was reduced,eventually improved the competition of inverter product market of A company.In this paper,based on the basic principle of lean production,first of all we list products, organization structure,production method,technological process,production status of A company,and later on we make the systematic quantitative analysis and qualitative research on the frequency converter assembly line production process in term of work measurement,production line balancing,production efficiency estimation by value stream map analysis of lean production methods and tools. According to the measured data and the conclusion of analysis,the existing problems are found out in the assembly line. On the principle of reducing waste and costs, improving the efficiency and ensuring the quality, an optimization program is put forward which improves the scheme. In the updated proposal,we use both 5W1 H and ECRS methods to cancel the bottleneck process,rearrange the assembly line and the location to improve the assembly line balancing rate in order to meet the pull production standard.Three months after the updated assembly line by using lean production management,54 seconds have been reduced at the power module assembly station,and the interval between stations reduced to 8 seconds,the existing product inventory on assembly line has been decreased to one piece,frequency converter assembly line production efficiency has been improved up to 84.95%,and 60000 RMB is expected to save for less one operator. It laid a foundation with a good beginning to achieve full lean production.
