LS Company Based On MES Inverter Production Management Optimization Research

This article taking the inverter production workshop of LS Company as the research object.The investigation shows up that the intense market competition and the constant improvement of the degree of automatic production line,has revealed many management problems,in the process of inverter production.The low production efficiency has leaded to the customer's delayed delivery,constricted LS Company automation business development.And the production and the sales performance in LS Company was in a state of fluctuation.Therefore,the timely innovation on the inverter production of site management are urgently needed to further improve the production efficiency as well as the product quality,reduce manufacturing cost,balance production beats,shorten the product customer corresponding period.So,It is imperative to research on production management optimization of LS inverter assembly workshop based on MES for objective need.Therefore,this article is focus on the typical inverter automatic production line,and applies the researches to manufacturing execution system(MES),LEAN production and the application of LEAN in actual production.Through investigating the inverter automation workshop,collecting production data and the get known of the related production process,this article analyze the production status and then develops the LEAN MES system particularly for LS,where there are 5 main function modules as production plan import,production performance collection,abnormal loss information collection,work instruction standardization and Kanban management.The purpose is to use these 5 modules to find out the weakness areas in production for improving,to find out the root cause and then build the reasonable improvement plan.All these are aiming for solving problems in production management,to make the most use of LEAN theory to reconstruct the production process and to re-layout the inverter automation production line with which to get more line balance for production and for product characteristic testing.Then the ultimate purpose to get "a flow"will be obtained,the testing will be controlled in a better way and the loss in production will be eliminated as much as possible.By then there will be a work shop with information flow,LEAN and visual manufacturing.
