Control Research For The Production Planning Management In The DSIC

The advanced ideas, by which the manufacturing enterprises make the implementation of the goals and strategies, of the planning and controlling have been in much depth in this field. This concept has also been the key link between the decision-making level and the operation level, leading the ways of the designing, marketing, as well as the production.Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd.(DSIC), after the recombination on December 2015, had remolded the production structures and process according to the concept “whole assembling shipbuilding”. Then DSIC also remolded the planning and controlling systems, adapting the production flows. The original problems “Only People based” had been changed by the new planning and controlling systems, solving the problems of non-planning and free-management and increasing the controllability. In recent ten years, the production process and efficiency had been changed much than it before because of the development of the techniques of the designing, engineering, processing and the combination of the informatization and industrialization. The changes of the international shipbuilding markets, out-of-balance of the supply and demand had been the huge challenges which we had to face with. Meanwhile, the difficulties of the designing, production preparation and the management became much more than ones we had because of more additional requirements of the new orders. The planning management and controlling should be focused based on the facts mentioned above.This thesis is guided by planning and controlling ideology, it bases on DSIC's actual situation, adopts the research methods of combining theory with practice, tries to optimize production scheduling and controlling system of DSIC company on the conditions of existing resource. The thesis sets the planning management systems of DSIC as the object, studying the module of the plans controlling based on the MRP II & JIT, resources bottlenecks, detail scheduling planning, processing, and the standardizations, showing the theoretical foundations of the planning controls in DSIC. The thesis also identifies the key problems and shows the implementations, promoting the Push-pull combination planning and the control system in DSIC.The thesis makes the study of the plans controlling management which has the practical and applicable significance, not only in the DSIC but to the other enterprises of the shipbuilding.
