Research And Application On Production Planning And Scheduling System Of Project Manufacturing Enterprises

Project-based manufacturing enterprises belong to a complex and unique mode of manufacturing.Enterprises' business activities are carried out around projects,and the production cycle of the project is longer.Enterprises aim to improve their market competitiveness,expanding business scope,they need to be able to provide satisfactory solutions to the customer's personalized,diversified,multi-changing and rapidly responding product requirements.Therefore,having a flexible production planning and scheduling system for project-based manufacturing enterprises is very important.First,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the production planning and scheduling problems of the project-based manufacturing enterprises in detail,sorts out the problems existed in the planning and scheduling process,and refers to the existing production planning scheduling framework and processes of the enterprise to make full use of the dynamic information generated during the production process.The scheduling model of production planning is constructed based of these.The model comprehensively considers the delivery schedule,product specifications,processing equipment,production materials,personnel and other related constraints,and combines the minimum product completion time with the minimum equipment idle time as the scheduling target.Then,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm with decreasing inertia weight(LinWPSO)is used to encode the scheduling problem and construct the fitness function which is adaptive to the scheduling objective function.The algorithm is simulated and verified,and then the result of algorithm operation Decoding,to develop a set of optimal production planning and scheduling programs.Finally,MS Visual Studio development platform and MS SQL Server database software are used to construct the production planning and scheduling system to realize the optimal scheduling of production planning and the visual monitoring of the production process,which verifies the applicability and effectiveness of scheduling models and algorithms.It provides a reference value in the field of production planning and scheduling for manufacturing enterprises in the project.
