Under the “One Belt and One Road “ strategy, China's multi transport business has beenaccelerated. At the same time, the national development and Reform Commission has begun to start “Thirteen five plan “, the governments and ports, multimodal transport enterprises are seizing the historical opportunity, accelerate port transformation. Under such a background,Yingkou Port as the most convenient port in Northeast China has a thought and plan for the future of multimodal transport.The Paper start with two directions,one is the external macro economic environment and the other is internal resources.With the G-PEST and Michael Porter's five forces makes it a detailed and objective exposition. It concludes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of Yingkou Port multimodal transport business. Based on the above analysis,the strategic direction of Yingkou Port is explored, and the position of the port in the profession is defined, and the implementation plan and safeguard measures are formulated.This thesis has very practical application value, it is a bold conjecture of on the basis of the One Belt and One Road. The author of the paper collected many objective and real data,pictures and meterial, and discussed the hot spot with many senior professionals.With the premise of expert of avant-garde ideas ? actual industry data and full use of management theory made the author a systematic and comprehensive analysis and a unique and feasible plan of Yingkou Port in the future multimodal strategic.
