The Research Of The Agricultural Cooperative Development Strategy Of A Co., Ltd.

With the increasing support of country and government, the cooperatives economy has been developed rapidly in recent years. And the Law of Peasantry Special Cooperative was set out to guide the operation of cooperatives. Relatively, the starting of our agricultural cooperatives is late, the development is not mature and the competition capacity is not enough to face the various external environments. The existed advantage, deficiency, opportunity and challenge should be analyzed deeply by the strategic management concept and strategy analysis tools to exert the advantage of cooperatives truly and improve the market position.We choose the agricultural cooperatives which lead by A Co., Ltd. as research object in the article. Strategy project will be explored to keep continuing healthy development of agricultural cooperatives in current environment on the base of illuminating theoretical foundation, which has certain significance on same type cooperatives.PEST and SWOT are used to analyze the innovative factor and difficulty in the development of the agricultural cooperatives of A Co., Ltd. The feasible strategy will be put forward and a series of security measures will be formulated in the process of carrying strategy project out, which will direct the next development of cooperatives.The strategy management theory and analytical method have general applicability in this article which will has guidance and reference significance on strategic analysis and option of same type cooperatives.
