With the development of computer and network communication technology,the application of Internet technology has penetrated into every aspect of our lives.Economy is weakening while the real economy is in decline,the development of the bank has been affected deeply.At the same time,deposits are shrinking as well as loan risk is increasing,the virtual economy keeps squeezing the real economy,Internet e-commerce is breaking through the bottom line of banking business.The major financial projects of the Banks have been facing sharp shrinkage in the wake of the financial crisis.In order to alleviate the pressure of deposit and loan,and to seek a place in the increasingly tense economic environment,we must find a new profit growth points.With the popularity of Internet economy,Banks have turned to e-commerce platforms that are relatively cheap and have relatively good returns,and they intended to break through the traditional e-commerce platform model through its own innovation and form a unique new banking platform.Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives,as the leading business of yunnan province's banking industry,which rely on traditional financial services,faced a great crisis in this financial crisis,and its major financial projects have been greatly impacted by the outbreak of the financial crisis.In order to reduce and defuse financial risks and find new growth points and bottlenecks,Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives began to explore a new development modes and tried to make industrial transformation,therefore,the development of e-commerce platform has been treated as a new beginning for Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives.Because of the late start,slow development and obvious regional features of the e-commerce platform of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives,to find their own positioning and create a new e-business model has become a top priority.Based on the basis of Managerment theories,we state the history of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives,point out the advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce platform development of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives electric business platform of feasibility analysis,then,we analyzed the feasibility of developing e-commerce platform and find the direction and specific measures of developing e-commerce platform through to Analysis of corporate vision,enterprise positioning and market segmentation.At last,we hope that the development of e-commerce platform can provide an opportunity for the comprehensive transformation of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives,thus realizing the leap-forward development of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperatives.
