L Coal Group's Development Strategy Transformation Research

L Coal Group had made brilliant achievements.It is not only made great contributions to the development of the economy for Heilongjiang province but also made a great sacrifice to the economic development of our country.But in recent years,due to the coal price fluctuation and the changes of domestic energy structure let L Coal Group encountered unprecedented difficulties.As the key state-owned enterprises of Heilongjiang province,such performance not only influences the own development of the enterprise,but also brings great negative effects to the regional economic.Through the study of L Coal Group development present situation,we discovered that the reason for difficulties in L Coal Group development is various,such as history,system and market reasons,as well as industrial chain short and poor management.Through the complex macro environment analysis of the enterprise facing and combined with its own characteristics,this study proposed two goals of transformation for L Coal Group-diversification and industrial chain extension.These two strategies can reverse the existing predicament in the largest extent.In order to realize the two strategies smoothly,needed to tap the excess personnel,shut down the low production mine coal,speed up the exploration of mine coal and electricity integration and developing deep processing of coal actively the four paths.Meanwhile,in order to guarantee the realization of the transformation smoothly,should make full use of policy support,to enhance investment in capital,to implements technology and management innovation and to attract retain talent.
