Research On The Management Of Industrial Injury Insurance Agency Of Shanxi Provincial State-owned Key Coal Enterprises

Mine stability and social harmony is the intrinsic requirement to modernize the coal industry management system and management ability.Mine stability is also the major strategic thought of sustainable development,which the coal industry must adhere to and implement.It is an important measure to establish the industrial injury insurance in the coal industry to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of coal miners.The establishment of the industrial injury insurance is the main means to decentralize business risks and reduce the burden on enterprises.The industrial injury insurance is not only the objective demand for promoting harmonious mining areas and the development of social progress but also the basic requirements of improving the level of law-based administration and social and public affairs management.The industrial injury insurance of Shanxi provincial state-owned key coal mining enterprises has been carried out as a whole for more than a decade.The industrial injury insurance makes a positive contribution to building a harmonious and safe coal mine and promoting the sustainable development of the coal industry.However,with the development of industrial injury insurance business,the management and handling process also exposed many problems,which affect the mine safety production and social harmony and stability.Therefore,how to strengthen and improve the management of Shanxi provincial state-owned key coal enterprises of industrial injury insurance,has become the government at this stage management departments have to consider the issue,and the research in related fields has attracted more and more attention.This paper studied the work-related injury insurance management,selected the Shanxi provincial state-owned key coal enterprises as the research object,based on the related theories of public management as the basis,combined with the actual work,described the management status of Shanxi provincial state-owned key coal enterprises of industrial injury insurance,the paper focused on question of work-related injury insurance,and gave out the strategies and suggestions.These suggestions have important guiding significance and reference value to solve many practical problems in the coal industry of Shanxi Province industrial injury insurance business management process.The paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter is an overview,which is mainly to define the relevant concepts of the state-owned key coal enterprises in Shanxi province.In the second chapter,the author introduces the background,the organization and function,the policy basis,the type and the way of the industrial injury insurance management system of the state-owned key coal enterprises in Shanxi province.The third chapter points out five main problems.For example,the function of prevention and rehabilitation of industrial injury insurance play shortage,industrial injury insurance is in low level,and management in industrial injury medical is deficiency etc.In the fourth chapter,the author combined with actual work,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects,which aim to further improve the level of management of industrial injury insurance in Shanxi provincial state-owned key coal enterprises.These suggestions include strengthening coal insurance injury prevention function,completing the insurance injury medical rehabilitation,strengthening management of the medical institutions,strengthening the protocol of the work-related injury insurance fund audit work,establishing information system of industrial injury insurance,and improving the relevant policies and regulations.
