The Analysis Of J It Lean Manufacturing Method Under The Hourly Employee Shortage In D Company

With China ecnomic taking the lead in recovering in the global financial crisis, different regions occurs the peak of labor usage. A fact that lots of enterprises must face is the shortage of labor. With the expansion of this issue, the enterprise located in Changcun, the center of northeast china have to face this severe status finally.This paper is under such circumstance and combines the practice of D company to solve the shortage of labor and rest assure the quality ,cost and quantity to meet target under the manufacturing method of JIT.D company is an American owned company,which provided wireharness for FAW-VW,Brilliance and HY. Under the circumstance of the volume climbing of FAW-VW, It is critical for D company to control the cost,quality and quantity. It benefits the company in upgrating the core competition of company ,enlarging the market share,increase the profit and then returning to the employee and shareholders.Wireharness has its unique mode of production.Owing to more and more individuation orders occur, which must gain the support from the strong flexible manufacturing system.D company suffered from it badly,So D company must own the strong flexible manufacturing system --- JIT system.It is a prominent issue for D company to run the company under the circumstance of labor shrtage,meanwhile, maintain the quality and lean manufacturing. And it is a gospel for other labor-condensed companies.This paper is based on the basis of Lean production,quality management,human resource management theory. The following methodology were applied.1) JIT issue analysis provided by the labor shortage in D company.2) Root cause of stuff unstability and retaintion under the circumstance of labor shortage in D company.3) process control research in JIT under the circumstance of labor shortage in D company4) JIT manufacturing system implementation in JIT under the circumstance of labor shortage in D company.Via the analysis of this paper,it shows the effective management process in the control of JIT under the circumstance of human shortage.The method expound in this paper make the quality of delivery under control and the implementation of lean manufacturing, which is an good example for the other labor-condensed enterprise.Kanban PULL system of lean manufacturing can be expanded in labor condensed enterprise.Qulity control methodology can be expanded in the other enterprise.The most important thing is that the quality control method under the human shortage:PTC process Fast response Line side review Look across Product audit These methods applied to the circumstance of labor shortage ,meanwhile,to the normal status.And at the same time it applies to the labor-condensed enterprise and non-labor condensed enterprise.Owing to the turnover rate of stuff reduce and provided the lower price product with stable quality performance produced in flexible manufacturing system ,so D company can maintain a continuous development status.
