| TZ group was founded in 1950,and it is the first heavy machinery factory designed and built by new China.After nearly 70 years of development,the firm scale has grown steadily,the industry status has been consolidated constantly,the product types has increased gradually,and has achieved both good economic and social benefits.TZ group belongs to equipment manufacturing industry,which is a technology-intensive industry,technology is the basis for the survival of enterprises and the driving force for development,so it has important and real sense to formulate the technological innovation strategy,and take feasible measures to help TZ group to achieve innovation and development.This paper firstly studies the current situation of international and domestic economy,and points out the necessity and urgency of TZ group to promote technological innovation,especially under the new normal state.Then uses relevant theories such as strategic management and technological innovation,with various of analysis methods to analyze the environment for TZ group to carry out technological innovation.The advantage lies in global attention and support to technological innovation,the rapid development of information technology,good technology and market basis;the downside is mainly on international trade barriers and protectionism,especially the pressure of the economic downturn in Shanxi province,increasing competitors,the gap of technology with world-class level.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing various factors,the strategy of TZ group’s technological innovation is as follows: actively adapting to the new normal state,adjusting the industrial structure,driving with independent innovation,actively entering new fields,upgrading the product structure of enterprise,taking globalization and informatization as main line,expanding new space for enterprises,building high-end manufacturing,engineering settings and manufacturing service for the three major engines,building the new situation by technology innovation.The paper defines the guiding ideology of the technological innovation strategy,and puts forward to five principles;determines the basic principles of technological innovation strategy,puts forward the strategic objectives of the TZ Group’s technological innovation and the "three-step" stage arrangement.Finally,puts forward specific implementation strategy of TZ group’s technological innovation strategy,that is,promoting the development of both traditional and the transformation plate,actively building high-end manufacturing,engineering settings and manufacturing service for the three major engines,accelerating the construction of key industrial parks,propelling intelligent manufacturing,and puts forward five guarantee measures,that is,strengthening the propaganda and leadership of technological innovation strategy,ensuring R&D investment,strengthening talent support,and actively exploring the international market,improving after-sales service and strengthening the construction of innovative culture. |
