Incentive compensation is an important way for enterprises to retain talents and better manage human resources.Enterprises can integrate incentive compensation system with strategic development to provide better support for strategic development.Salary incentives play an important role in the modernization of employee management.It can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees and maintain the stability of team members.The sustainable development of a company and how to compete with competitors in the same industry requires an effective incentive compensation system.Up to now,the theoretical support and practical experience of employee compensation incentives have made great progress.However,due to the different reality of enterprises in different regions and regions,there are still many problems in the practical application process of enterprises.Therefore,how to build a more scientific and clear incentive compensation system based on the actual situation of the enterprise,to find out the problems and causes in the compensation system,and how to scientifically optimize and improve the incentive compensation system have become the face of human resource management in enterprises.Important question.This paper takes Shanghai New World Department Store as the research object,focuses on the problems and causes of the enterprise in the evaluation process of incentive compensation system,and designs the characteristics of Shanghai New World Department Store from the two aspects of explicit and implicit incentive compensation elements.The salary incentive system helps the company's human resource management and competitiveness.The research first puts forward the realistic background of scientific problems and the significance of research,related research and research methods and technical routes at home and abroad,summarizes the theoretical basis of compensation and incentive compensation,and clarifies the concept,role and objectives of incentive compensation.Secondly,it analyzes the organizational structure,human resource management and incentive salary of Shanghai New World Department Store,and uses the questionnaire survey to investigate the current satisfaction of incentive compensation elements,and finds out the problems and causes..At the same time,combined with the broad meaning of salary,based on the relevant theory of salary incentives,the incentive compensation system of Shanghai New World Department Store was designed from the two aspects of explicit and implicit.Using the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the salary system of the grassroots,middle and senior employees is designed hierarchically,and the weight of the explicit incentive elements is found out.Finally,an incentive pay equal to both implicit and explicit factors is obtained.The system and its evaluation should be evaluated.Finally,in order to better optimize and improve the incentive compensation system,relevant recommendations are proposed from the aspects of organization,system,incentive and culture,and provide experience for the further implementation and optimization of the incentive salary system in Shanghai New World Department Store.The proposal of this incentive compensation system basically solves the main problems existing in the current salary incentives of Shanghai New World Department Store,and has a very important theory for stimulating employees' work enthusiasm and enterprise integration,work creativity and human resource management.And the practical significance.At the same time,we hope that the research results can provide experience and reference for the improvement and improvement of the incentive payment system in China's department store retail industry.
