In recent years, Guangxi received Rapid advances in high-speed railway construction,it is about continuous production of 1605 kilometers, high-speed railway equipmented with modernization, science and technology, and be refined,it require the employees more and more high quality. The high-standard requirements of railway safety, operation has not decreased, but cultivation of guangxi high-speed railway technical workers is far behind the actual demand, how to convert disadvantages to advantages, railway enterprise training work face the arduous task. In order to meet the high-speed development needs, G railway administration had carried out a series of high-speed railway technology workers training activities, such as the training of EMU drivers and machinist who work in CRH. although G railway administration had larger progress in high-speed raiway qualification admittance and other necessary training, have train a lot of qualified high-speed railway technology workers, ensuring the normal opening of the high-speed railway lines, from the point of enterprise long-term development, G railway administration still has a lot to improve in training high-speed railway technology workers, to adapt to the high-speed railway’s rapid development.This paper introduces the relevant training theories at home and abroad, and taking the G Railway Bureau as an example, using training needs analysis, training theory, Kirkpatrick’s four level evaluation theory and other modern training theory, the existing High-speed Railway technology workers training system are analyzed, and points out the shortage of teachers, lack of training materials and training facilities, including pay attention to the training process and contempt for the training effect.In view of the existing problems, the author uses his own professional advantages in the human resources management in the G Railway Bureau, analysising the G RailwayBureau real data as the foundation, the author take the training theory as the guide,and improving the quality of high-speed railway technology workers training as the direction, improving the high-speed railway workers’technology and skill levels as final purpose, In order to improving and strengthening G Railway Burea’s High-speed rail technology workers’training, to provide strong backing for the safe operation of high-speed raiwayl, the author put forward some improvement measures, such as:establishing scientific training needs analysis and training effect evaluation method, perfecting the teachers and teaching facilities, establishing the administration mode of "railway section-department-team three training", formatting talent pool of part-time and full-time teachers, reforming the salary system and personnel system, and so on. Through the above measures,it could mobilize the high-speed rail technology workers’s actively and learning initiative participating in the training,let the high-speed railway technology workers’s training to become mutual benefit behavior.
