Compensation management is an important part of modern enterprise management, and is also an important factor for enterprises to attract talent,motivate employees and improve the core value of enterprises. LN company as a project driven enterprise, LN company as a project driven enterprise, bonus allocation method is related to the livelihood of employees and the survival and development of the enterprise.The LN company's current salary system makes the salary orientation appear deviation. The designer bonus is too low to satisfied, resulting in the loss of personnel. The basis of the determination of the bonus amount is not enough,which results in the lack of fairness. In addition, the bonus elasticity of management post is small, and lacks of incentive. The company's welfare is very little, there is no public welfare at all. Through the analysis, the reasons for these problems include the following aspects. Human resource management is weak.Compensation system is not perfect. It lacks scientific methods for the calculation of project bonuses. The performance system is not included in the allocation of employee bonuses.Based on the above background, this paper combined with the compensation management theories and the current domestic and foreign research results, the bonus allocation scheme of LN company is designed. The new bonus allocation scheme includes management bonus, project bonus, quality assessment bonus,safety bonus, bonus for winning project, technical development project bonus,patent bonus, technology promotion bonus, registered personnel bonus.Management positions get management bonus. Project designers enjoy project bonus. The project award includes the design project bonus, the general contract project bonus and the project manager bonus. The main purpose of the rest of the bonus is to improve the quality of the project, safety work and the company's technical level, etc.. In this paper, the new bonus allocation scheme is applied to the Light Hydrocarbon projects.The form of this new bonus allocation scheme reinforces the company's core values. The bonus calculation method is scientific planned. The safety and quality awareness can be improved. The technical level of the company will be promoted. In the meantime it can attract outstanding designers, and enhance the incentive role of the compensation system.
