Since the reform and open policy, our country engineering construction like a raging fire started, promote economic and social development. With the further development of market economy, construction companies such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like emerge, the project manager plays a more and more important role in engineering construction. However, the salary management problem of the project manager has become the problem for engineering construction company management, how to effectively optimize the project manager's salary management system, which can better stimulate the project manager's work enthusiasm, promote the project manager loyalty promotion, become a major issue can not be avoided in engineering construction company. In this paper based on the Erdos MCC Project Construction Department of the company as the investigation object, analyzes the issues related to the project manager of the company compensation management.This paper first analyzes the theoretical foundation of this paper. At present, the research on construction of salary management, there have been some achievements, but the compensation study for the project manager is relatively small, especially to the specific company as a case study, the pay satisfaction status analysis of the engineering project manager with the rare, making this research still need further. Based on the Erdos MCC Project Construction Department of the company as the investigation object, analyzes the present situation of manager salary satisfaction project of the company, put forward the compensation optimization strategy, enriches the compensation management of China's construction enterprises theory, the theory has a certain significance.Secondly, the paper analyzes the project Erdos project department project MCC project construction company manager salary satisfaction and problems.
