Forestry Science and Technology Innovation of China,there are still many problems,lack of importance of the forestry technological innovation awareness of forestry science and technology system and the socialist market economy requirements of the law is not commensurate,less outstanding forestry research,transformation rate and things like that seriously affect the pace of modern forestry science and technology innovation,the establishment of a complete set of scientific evaluation system and evaluation method helps to accurately grasp the current situation of forestry science and technology development and the overall trend,provide the basis for the forestry sector and make scientific decisions reference.This study summarizes existing scientific and technological innovation system level evaluation of research results,based on modern theoretical economic growth and technological innovation as the basis,the national science and technology innovation level statistical monitoring indicator system as a reference,combining the characteristics of forestry and forestry technology,Construction of the evaluation index system of forestry science and technology innovation level;linear weighted comprehensive evaluation model was established;to authoritative statistics,based on the 2006--2016 National Technology innovation of Forestry levels were longitudinal comparison,and the 2016 National Forestry Science and Technology innovation level with the national level of innovation and technology for the horizontal comparison.It concluded as follows:1,2005--2014 National Forestry innovation]evel evaluation index,the overall trend showed a steady rise;2,technological innovation input indicators as a whole showed a lower level;3,scientific and technological activities output indicators,T output speed increased rapidly,but there are not high quality;4,science and technology for social development index at a high level as a whole;5,compared with the national forestry scientific and technological innovation,there are still a wide gap.According to the evaluation and analysis of the results,the study proposes policy recommendations Forestry Science and Technology Innovation performance:optimizing the environment for innovation,increase investment in science and improve the evaluation system of science and technology,focusing on science and technology popularization and application.
