Evaluation Study On The Industrialization Of Major Scientific And Technological Achievements

The major scientific and technological achievements,which is not only the competitive commanding point of economic and technological developmentbut alsoimportant support of scientific and technological innovation to achieve leapfrog development, representing the developing trend of technology and industry in the future. Asa result, promotion of R&D of major scientific and technological achievements has been put into the core of national development strategies by many countries around the world, accelerating the industrialization process of major scientific and technological achievements.Inrecent years, the input and output of major scientific and technological achievements has increased significantly in China. Comparedwith developed countries, the commercialization and industrialization of China’s major scientificand technological achievements is relatively lower level and slower, which become an important constraint affecting sound and rapid economic development. It is inevitable to arouse the thought for the industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements.Now China is and will be in the primary stage of communism for a longtime.Chi na’s productivity level is not high, and facing the increasingly serious energy, resources and environmental constraints problems. The core reasonisbackward in technology and a large number of advanced major scientific and technological achievements have not translated into real productivity.Contradictionsof high input and low output further highlights.Therefore,researches onthe industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements’status, and from the perspective of the theory and practice analyze the efficiency ofmajor scientific and technological achievements industrialization in our country help us to understand the role of theindustrialization of major scientific and technological achievementsin the national economy, in order to provide decision-making forbetter promotion ofmajor scientific and technological researchand industrialization process, is conducive to the healthy, orderly and stable development of the national economy as a whole. Under the guidance oftheoryhome and abroad, this paper evaluates the capacity of the industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements. The main contents are as follows:First of all, this paper analysis theoretical and practical significance of the study and reviews thetheoretical study abroad on industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements, then introduces the concept and theoretical basis.On this basis, the current development status of the industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements in our nation is introduced; analyze the main factors that are affecting the industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements.Secondly, based on the principles of evaluation index system, this paper designs the industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements evaluation index system. Through search the relevant data of thirty provinces and cities in our country, capacity and efficiency ofthe industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements in different region is evaluated by applications of factor analysis, cluster analysis and data envelopment analysis.Finally,empirical analysis shows that the industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements efficiency isnot high.CombinedwithChina’s industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements characteristics, analyze the main problems existing in the course of industrialization and put forward suggestions to further enhance the overall efficiency of the industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements in our country, which is the purpose of this study that is hope to apply the results to the specific practice and try best to do for the road of industrialization.
