With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the gradual improvement of leisure awareness of urban and rural residents, the traditional package tour has been unable to meet people’s pursuit of personalized and fine tourism experience needs.Tourists pursue the autonomy and personality in the process of tourism. Particularly with the development of leisure travel, transportation and supporting facilities continue to improve,self-help travel become to be more tourists’ choices.Backpackers and other significant features of the tourists continue to increase. In line with its unique business philosophy, youth hostels are accepted by the majority of self-help tourists who desire to travel strongly with less income but good use of network tools to solve the problems in tourism. This allows youth hostels to maintain frequent interaction with young travel consumers through the Internet, and to exchange information with them through understanding and respect for the needs of young tourism consumers, and to produce satisfied accommodation for guests.This study takes the 52 youth hostels in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object. And it obtains the evaluation data of the international youth host experience through the network review. Through the methods of data mining and content analysis and the software of ROST Content-Mining, the author finally select 36 highest frequency keywords to get the sample of high-frequency characteristics of vocabulary and frequency words, and through the social network analysis module to build the matrix software for frequency words. By clustering, classification, emotional analysis to gain a more comprehensive assessment of the guest experience. Then use the Likert Scale to design the questionnaire survey, and use SPSS20.0 to analysis the data and finally to build three aspects of the guest experience quality evaluation index system:the quality of the results; the quality of the environment; the quality of the interaction combined with site analysis. Through the regression analysis, the three factors are used to predict the quality of the guest experience. The results show that the quality of the environmental is the strongest, the quality of the interaction is the second, and the quality of the results is the smallest.Therefore, for the development of youth hostels, the Government should provide policy support,financial security,talent protection so that youth hostels can profit.And then as the core of guest experience to enhance the guest experience, to create unique brand experience, to hold a comprehensive optimization of service experience and to create a satisfactory relationship. For that,youth hostels can get a high quality experience of the guest evaluation. Finally it rely on the network platform to achieve a new situation in network marketing. By the use of portal marketing and new media marketing combined way to expand the source market. At the same time according to the network evaluation and timely improvement services to promote the sustainable development of youth hostels. |
