With the further development of China’s economy and the further development of leisure awareness of urban and rural residents in China, People go out to travel more frequently, the traditional package tour style is gradually difficult to meet people’s more personalized pursuit, the preference of Chinese tourism consumers is quietly changing. At the same time, more and more tourists begin to like DIY tour because of the characteristics of flexibility, they can pay more attention to the experience, and gradually the mode of mass tourism is changing. To adapt to this change, youth hostel is accepted by a lot of self-help tourists as its unique business concept and management style, and youth hostel develops quickly in China. There are a lot of tourist-to-tourist interaction phenomenon in youth hostel, lots of researches have shown that, tourist-to-tourist interaction has an important impact on experience value of tourists, then it will influence the tourists satisfaction and the tourists behavior after the tour. How to manage tourist-to-tourist interaction behavior to enhance the tourists experience value, has always been the common problems to academic scholars and the managers of youth hostels in China. From this point of departure, this research employs field research and questionnaire investigation to analyzes the influence effects of tourist-to-tourist interaction, experience value and satisfaction. Employ SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 for data analysis, including descriptive analysis, reliability test, exploratory factor analysis(EFA), confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), model test, conclusions are as following.Firstly, result of this research, tourist-to-tourist interaction is a multi-dimensional concept, which has three dimensions. Secondly, the effects of the three dimensions of tourist-to-tourist interaction(the interference behavior between the tourists, the friendly exchanges between the tourists, the help between the tourists) of experience value(emotional experience value, Cognitive experience value and social experience value) has been verified. The negative effects of the interference behavior between the tourists of satisfaction has been verified. The positive effects of emotional experience value and social experience value of satisfaction has been verified. Thirdly, the results of this study enriches the tourist-to-tourist interaction theory, according to the results of the empirical research, the research puts forward some suggestions to youth hostel management practices, to discuss how to reduce the interference behavior between the tourists, how to manage tourist-to-tourist interaction, how to formulate related management policies and plans to promote the positive interaction among tourists and to enhance the experience value and satisfaction of tourists in youth hostel in China.
