In July 2011, the National Tourism Administration began to implement the strategy of "smart tourism", taking 10 years to develop the tourism industry into a modern service industry with high information content and knowledge intensive.2014,the National Tourism Administration to has identified the year of 2014 as" a beautiful China trip - smart tourism year". The development of information technology promotes the development of smart Tourism, smart tourism concept is also deep into the scenic spot construction, Smart tourist attraction emerge as the times require. After many years of experience in the construction of the smart tourist attraction is reforming and innovation constantly, and from the perspective of service innovation to assess the effectiveness of the construction of the smart tourist attraction, is precisely a question which this article needs to discuss.This paper first reviews the connotation of smart tourist attraction, service innovation theory and performance evaluation theory, sums up the types and characteristics of the smart tourist attraction service innovation, analyzesd the driving factors of smart tourist attraction service innovation. Then, according to the Balanced Scorecard and literature research method,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of service innovation performance in four aspects: the financial dimension, the tourist dimension, the smart tourist attraction service ability dimension, the learning and growth dimension. According to the characteristics of the index and the index system, the weight of the index system is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of service innovation. In order to test the scientific validity of the evaluation index system,selecting Nanjing city Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s Mausoleum scenic spot to evaluate.Finally,according to the research results put forward countermeasures to improve the performance of the smart tourist attraction service innovation.
