Research On Evaluation Of Stability Of Tourist Flow Of Tourist Attraction

Tourist attraction is an important space carrier of tourist supply activities of tourist destination, and a core component of the tourism industry system. Maintain a stable tourist flow is an effective way to improve the operating performance and management performance, to maintain the sustainable development of tourist attraction, to extend the life cycle of tourist attraction. This paper attempts to construct a scientific and sound evaluation system of stability of tourist flow of tourist attraction, to provide a scientific foundation for formulating development strategies of tourist attraction, to provide a decision-supporting tool for tourist management of tourist attraction.Based on the review and analysis of the domestic and international outcome of tourist flow, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the stability of tourist flow, abstracts evaluation variables of stability of tourist flow of tourist attraction, constructs an evaluation system of stability of tourist flow of tourist attraction, which includes satisfaction, loyalty, attraction, reputation of the four item-indicators and the corresponding twelve factor-indicators.This paper selects Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town for empirical study. Firstly, using the statistical software to test reliability and validity of the date, the testing results showed that the surveying data has high reliability and validity; Secondly, using factor analysis method to do data analysis, to establish the impacting weights of the factors on the stability of tourist flow of tourist attraction, and numerates evaluation results; Thirdly, using structural equation model to test and analyze the relation between the variables of stability of tourist flow; Finally, this paper analyzes the evaluating results of stability of tourist flow of OCT, and puts forward control measures to keep the stability of tourist flow.
