The core competence of the new think tank with Chinese characteristics is intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is the most important and scarce resources in the development process of think tank, the core competitiveness of the think tank depends on the improvement of intellectual capital management.This thesis is divided into five parts to discuss and study the core competence of the new type think tank with Chinese characteristics. The first part is introduction.This part introduces the research background and significance, research review,research content and research methods. The second part is the core concept definition and analysis framework. This part mainly defines four core concepts, and puts forward the analytical framework of this paper. The four core concepts involved in this paper are the think tank,the new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics,the core competence and intellectual capital. The analytical framework of this paper points out that the core competence of the new type of think tanks with Chinese characteristics is intellectual capital. The third part is the current situation and existing problems of the development of new type think tanks with Chinese characteristics.The current situation of the development of new type think tanks with Chinese characteristics can be summed up in three aspects: the number of think tanks has increased significantly; the types of think tanks are diversified; the international influence has gradually emerged. There are China characteristics of new think tanks development problems from the three dimensions of human capital, the internal structure and external capital structure capital to sum up, the talent capital dimensions of the issue of building a think tank personnel should be strengthened and the internal structure of capital dimension problem is the internal operation management system is not perfect,the external capital structure dimension problem is the external policy support the system is not perfect. The fourth part is the experience of foreign think tank construction. This part introduces the successful practice of foreign think tanks.This part mainly discusses from five aspects: talent structure and team management,fund raising and fund management, issue selection and research development,research results and personnel evaluation, policy needs and achievements promotion.The fifth part is to explore the way to enhance the core competence of the new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics. This part is a key part of the whole paper,mainly introduces the way to improve the core competence of the new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics. These measures are mainly from the promotion of the talent capital of the think tank,improve the internal structure of the capital and think tanks to improve the external structure of the three dimensions of capital. |
